To my fellow Lipeños,
It is a humbling experience and an honor to
be entrusted as the City Vice Mayor of the
Lipa City populace. Having won the trust and
mandate of my fellow Lipeños from 1998 up to
present, it has been my commitment to give to
the people the most that we have and deliver at
the utmost capacity that we can do.
With your prayers and support, we shall strive
to realize the platform of governance that we
have presented. I hope you will be the best
critic, as we try to provide a higher degree of
qualitative and quantitative legislative service
to the community.
