HON. WILHELMINO M. SY-ALVARADO. A man of profound humility and
brilliant mind attributes his success to his love of his fellowmen. Evident in his
long record of professional and political achievements as public servant that he
has been guided by the philosophy that a good government works on behalf of
the many, and not just the few; give everyone a fair chance to pursue happiness
by opening the door of opportunities in the field of good governance.

The Provincial Government of Bulacan under his leadership has accomplished
various programs and projects. Enriching personal responsibility to bring
the government closer to the people and promote citizens ‘participation in
decision-making, oversight and accountability on a continuing basis, he surely
is the BEST GOVERNOR BULACAN HAS EVER HAD.

Leadership for Governor Sy-Alvarado is something that cannot be simply
asserted or demanded. It must be demonstrated. So, as the Governor of Bulacan,
he formulates worthy goals, and pursues them. According to him, “Leadership
takes time. It takes patience. It takes work”.
