        BASIC SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS                  • Agricultural Projects and Programs
          • Additional 10 Day Care Centers were constructed with one upgraded (extended).  ▪ Distribution of free certified seeds for 310 farmers affected by typhoon
           ▪ Annual Capacity-Training Workshops were held.              Lando and Nona;
                                                                      ▪ Distribution of hybrid seeds for 510 farmers partially damaged by

          • Assistance to Senior Citizens
           ▪ Social Pension – From 644 beneficiaries last year, 116 were added for a
            total of 760 beneficiaries;
           ▪ Philhealth coverage;
           ▪ LGU funded assistance on hospitalization, death benefits, free
            medicines, vitamins and vaccination;
           ▪ Soft loans for livelihood projects are also extended for qualified senior
            citizens covered within the municipal annual budget;
           ▪ Gift-giving project for 250 poor of the poorest senior citizens.

          • Provision of Basic Support Infrastructure to Agriculture
           ▪ Construction of Farm-To-Market Road at Brgys. Camba and Tabuan;
           ▪ Improvement of Barangay Road at Matamo, San Mateo, Lacquios and
            San Agustin Sur;
           ▪ Concreting of Barangay Road for Batasan;
           ▪ Concreting of Solar Dryer at Brgy. Cacutud;
