SECOND TERM WINNING MEANS ARAYATEÑOS’ AWAKENING

Mayor Emmanuel M. Alejandrino’s “Ing Bayung Arayat” (The New Arayat)
Program has been continuously bending the creative minds and resilient
resourcefulness of the Arayateños, as he untiringly and bravely undertakes
actions prioritizing the people’s welfare within a drug free, peaceful and safe
environment. His leadership is recognized by the Department of Local and
Interior Government (DILG) as one of the Municipalities in the whole Province
of Pampanga awarded with a Seal of Good Governance for the year 2016.
Hurdling over for a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) course
from FEATI University and for being a rebel returnee, Mayor Alejandrino’s fulfilled
dream to enter politics to be able to make a difference for his beloved Arayateños has
become a significant event in the historical context of the Municipality of Arayat.
His strong leadership has been changing the mindset of his constituents towards a
more beneficial change. Absolutely, this is the main reason for his sweeping success
when he was re-elected for a second term in the May 2016 Local Elections.

Mayor Alejandrino, the Ex-Supremo aka “Bon” of the Hukbong Mapagpalaya
ng Bayan (HMB), took his oath of office for his second term in June 30, 2016 as
re-elected Mayor of Arayat with the more empowered administration platform
“Ing Bayung Arayat” Program for Arayateños. Through the updated program,
he envisions Arayat to be a premier eco-tourism destination with modernized
agricultural sector. Through a more innovative and efficient administration, good
governance and citizen empowerment, he believes that progress can be sustained
aiming to uplift each Arayateños’ way and quality of life. Mt. Arayat, on the other
hand, with its magnificent potential and ongoing improvements is expected to
be catching global attention in the very near future. Mt. Arayat National Park’s
(MANP) inaudible sweet and enchanted voice is now being heard. MANP’s
amazing beauty now stuns in awe not only local but foreign tourists, as well.
